Courtney Love's band Hole are playing a show in Paris next month.
PARIS, FRANCE, August 01, 2010 /Music and Recording PR News/ -- Hole are set to bring their raucous stage show to Paris' Le Bataclan venue next month.
The band, fronted by Kurt Cobain's ex-wife Courtney Love, have endured a turbulent career. They split up back in 2002 after relations broke down between Love and Eric Erlandson, the two remaining founder members of the band.
Much to the joy of their legions of fans, the group are now back on the road, having reformed last year with a number of new recruits. These include Micko Larkin, the former guitarist for now-defunct English four-piece Larrikin Love.
Love and her fellow band-mates will be coming to the French capital on August 25th 2010 to play what will be their only show in France for the foreseeable future.
Paris hotel guests who step out to watch the gig should prepare for a good night, as Hole should be at the top of their game following appearances at the Summer Sonic Festival in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan.
They are likely to hope that the band play some of their past hits, such as Celebrity Skin, along with material from their latest album, Nobody's Daughter.
Tickets for the show cost EUR45 (GBP38), while guests at Paris hotels should look to arrive at Le Bataclan prior to the doors opening at 20:00 local time.
