EAST FARMINGDALE, NY, January 15, 2009 /Music and Recording PR News/ -- MF Digital, a division of Formats Unlimited, Inc., is proud to announce that it has purchased the assets of Ripfactory / Ripstation previously located in Northern Ireland.
Established in 1979, Formats Unlimited, Inc., an industry leader of CD DVD duplication solutions will continue its expansion into mass digital downloading solutions. The stable financial and administrative infrastructure of Formats Unlimited including its 30 years of experience will be leveraged to enhance the Ripstation brand.
Having operated as an OEM purchaser of Ripstation software for the last year, MF Digital is ready to leap forward immediately. Software development, customer service, and sales of all Ripstation products will move forward without interruption. New announcements of software development and enhanced customer support will be forthcoming soon.
The first exciting addition is the introduction of our 7601XD automated media loader. The price-point and portability of this new unit is ideal for the home installer dealers world-wide. The 7601XD not only offers increased profitability to the home installer, but it eliminates the risk of lost or damaged customer content due to shipping and out of control processing.
